Leftover shapes from toy molds, old Zogoflex® toys that have Joined the Loop, toys that didn’t meet West Paw Design standards—they all get sanitized, ground up, and made back into completely new bouncy, bright Zogoflex® toys. The rule is, each colour can only make new toys in that same colour—unless made into black.
