The package arrived promptly and was very well packaged. Unfortunately the soap was not the one I had ordered. I emailed and Emma’s reply was very prompt. She apologised and sent the correct soap by first class delivery, which arrived the following day. Emma also asked me to keep the original soap as an apology.
The soap itself is lovely, lathers easily and my dog appears to be very happy with it. I haven’t used it for long enough yet, so I don’t know whether it will help her itching, but I shall be using this goats milk soap from now on.
I will be using this supplier from now on.

This product is fab. Take it out all the time with my dogs and they get so hot in this weather. Packs away very neatly when not in use. Very durable. Would def recommend this to friends

I have been using this product for almost four years, my dog suffered sensitive skin with lots of irritation and itching
Within a month of using her skin improved dramatically and is now perfect ,I use one powder everyday and would recommend to anyone who’s pets suffer with allergies etc .

Emma is an absolute star, and our opinionated tabby much prefers her to his regular human staff. Highly recommended. We’ve turned to Emma for cat-feeding for several years and wouldn’t want to switch. This pate is absolutely fantastic for training, it is super high value and I have never met a dog that has refused it!! My dogs absolutely love it! It comes in single proteins which is fantastic for dogs with allergies. Would give 100 stars if I could!

The product is the same product just with new packaging. I have taken the liberty to email you the transition document from Beco sent to retailers comparing old with new packaging. As you will see the product bar code (SKU) is the same and the product is the same, the only difference is the packaging.
We haven't yet updated our images because we are still getting the odd shipment of old packaging design products, and there are a lot of new images to change to. Also, this is a one person army, but I will have the images updated as soon as possible.
I'm not sure why Beco didn't explain this to you when you contacted them but I hope I have been able to clear up any confusion.
I ordered the product as shown in picture on website being MSC Cod and Haddock not Wild Caught Cod and Haddock with kale and chickpeas with completely different packaging.Nothing in parcel to say this was a substitute or a similar product.Contacted Becopets who replied with a list of stockists but not addressing the question of where I can get the MSC cod and haddock not the one with kale and chickpeas.All very frustrating!!! I will keep the product as its too much hassle to send back.

We have recently purchased a beco standard bowl for one of our other dogs & was really pleased with the quality. When our other dogs slow feeder dog bowl broke, we purchased other ones that were just not suitable. When I came across this one it was perfect, as the raised area was just enough to slow her down, but not too high. The other replacements had raised areas almost as high as the bowl & these were too high for her to get her nose in to & she had to use her tongue only. This bowl is more like her old one & she seems to love it. It is large, but is still really good. We love the natural look, rather than heavy plastic. The choices of colours are nice too. We would definitely recommend this product, like the positive reviews I had read before purchasing.

I brought this for my biggest dog but he doesn't get a look in as the smaller dogs keep pulling on it. Not tried in water yet, but on land it's a favourite.

These Lamb spaghetti treats didn't last long as the dog loved them but they are expensive. Prompt delivery even in the current circumstances.

I am sorry that you think these treats expensive. As with many things though good quality products, unfortunately, cost more. We do stick to the RRP and as others have commented we are cheaper than most stores.

Bruce our black lab is funny with treats yes I know a Labrador funny with food. However he can’t have chicken and these treats seem to one of few he can have that won’t upset his tummy
I'm so pleased that Bruce liked his treats. Being a single-source protein treat with only one ingredient makes these treats great for dogs suffering from allergies or digestive upset.

Emma has been providing holiday cat care for a few years. She treats our cat like her own. Diligently taking notes of feeding and routine requirements and has on a number of occasions taken him to the vet whilst we’ve been away - due to him getting into trouble! All above and beyond the service.
